“I had a great experience with Enterprise. I had an issue with my rental car and needed to exchange it after regular business hours. One of the employees went above and beyond by coming back and reopening the counter just to help me with the exchange.

“Mr. A. Benzinger & his staff are very patient & polite with me. I have witnessed them assisting seniors who could not make reservations on your website. (I was one) I watch people come & go in their office. I have never witnessed a dissatisfied renter. For an office of men the restroom has been clean & generally the toilet seat is down. (This is shocking for females.) There is a U.C. student I agree with that the 2530 Reading Rd. Cincy O. 45202 is the better location to come to. Thank you.”

“I've rented a few times for work travel. The vehicles are fine, and I always get what I've asked for. My only gripe is that even though you schedule a pickup appointment, your car isn't always ready on time. Sitting and waiting for your vehicle is annoying when you had an appointment.”
“Just received our car that we purchased from Mike, and could not be happier with how fadt and simple this process was. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. “Enterprise is the most hassle-free car rental company. Their cars are always better than whenever I’ve rented from Avis. My last rental only had 5000 miles on it. My last Avis rental had 50,000 - ridiculous. I also like the agents at enterprise better. They are friendlier and more knowledgeable. I will only rent from Enterprise.”

Jaylen was very professional with his skills. He treated me with the upmost respect, asked me if I had any questions or concerns about the rental. Processed me quickly and I was out in less than 15-20 minutes.
There were only 1 or 2 customers inside and about 2 or 3 employees. Vehicle was clean inside and out. Had some minor dings that I addressed on the paperwork. Half tank of gas and was told to return the vehicle with a half tank.”

- Vehicle inspection was done with me, so everything about fuel, mileage, and condition was clear before leaving the lot.

- The car I received was clean inside and out, drove great, and fit exactly what I needed from the reservation.
