But he really worked with us trying to fix the problems. And there is definitely problems. They just don’t show up in the diagnostics. But that is not his fault. He was very personable, and very apologetic, that he couldn’t give me a new phone.”

“I brought in my laptop on Monday afternoon and received a quote at the door, had a potential diagnosis and ordered parts by Wednesday, and when that fix revealed a larger underlying issue that prevented the replacement part from working Alan(?) diagnosed a burnt diode and had the laptop back to me by Friday afternoon with fresh paste and no charge. Incredible service, and they kept me updated on progress every step of the way. If you're in the area, ICT is a great choice.”
