“My service writer was excellent and very helpful. Oil change was done properly and tech did good job. All that was undone when I hot the bill. Charging 3% to use my credit card is so INSULTING. If your large company can't absorb the change for the credit card you shouldn't be in business. Will have to decide if I ever come back. Really upset!”
“Steve had incredible insight and customer service over the phone. I called to ask about pricing for new front brake pads and rotors. They had the best price around at $330 before tax. I was also concerned about a grinding noise whenever I turned my car to the right and mentioned that I thought it could be the CV Joint (based on my Google degree haha). While working on my car, Steve called back to tell me all the concerns I had about my car were due to the brakes and I would be good as new after they fixed them. I was so happy to hear this and it solidified my trust in this business!
