“I have been with this bank for about 3 years. The staff is super friendly. My daughter has an account with them as well, and my daughter found out there was illegal transactions made to her account that she never made. This bank was one step ahead of us, when we called to inform them, they told us that they already have the paperwork in progress for illegal transactions and her money will be refunded asap. She received her money the next day. I cannot say enough about this staff. They are always welcoming with a kind smile, and they know you by name. They are extremely wonderful people!”
“This branch and its manager, Sara Markle, make you feel like a Rockefeller regardless of your bank balance. I very rarely go inside the bank but when I do they know me by name. It's that attention to detail that matters. Any time we've had questions or needs, they roll up their sleeves like we are family and help us get answers and results. It's a small-town feel with big-town backing...love 5/3!”
“There is only one issue and it actually has to do with the road. So there is no left turn lane to turn into the bank. (There is one down slightly however Huntington has designated this as an EXIT ONLY) the only way to properly turn left into the establishment is going through the exit. I’ve tried the entrance and have almost been in multiple accidents because where you are turning into is actually the other oncoming traffic lanes turning lane. Honestly I would sue Huntington if I got in a crash here. Thanks”
