“So far so good. I just made my order, well we did have a small hiccup with the order at first which was really on my end because I got a new phone number and didn't call to tell them, I emailed to tell them, which apparently isn't the best way of communication. Which I completely understand considering with my own business I do text only, no phone calls because it's easier for me. So I get it. Aaron's fixed the order within minutes, I was surprised! They were so kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was amazing, he really helped me with information and answered all my questions thoroughly. We even had a nice chat about my own business while waiting for the documents to go through online.
I am quite impressed with this business. I truly hope it stays that way. As long as I do what I'm supposed to do and take care of what I'm supposed to do, I don't see a reason for any issues.

“Very nice experience in the Elyria store. Shawn help me with my purchase. I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted. She did show me all three models of the mattress I was looking at. I did decide on a different mattress with her assistance. My mattress and adjustable base was delivered and set up today. The delivery guys, Brian and Ron, were very nice and professional. I'm happy with my new bed and the assistance I received.”

“We have purchased multiple pieces of furniture from Chris and Jenny over the last six years. We are extremely pleased with the not only the customer service we received, but also the quality of furniture. We will be able to use it for years to come. The price difference between buying Amish furniture through Woodforest and purchasing elsewhere at a chain store is only about 10 to 20% difference. If well cared for, Amish furniture will last a lifetime vs MDF/particleboard furniture, which must be replaced every several years due to wear and tear. Purchasing Amish much furniture is much better investment due to sustainability. The value added details ensure the use for many years. Additionally, the new showroom is a really great space for showcasing product options. No one has compensated me for this review and I paid full price for all of my furniture. This is an honest reveal of my experience.”

“You get what you pay for!!! This place is a little pricey but these plants are resilient little buggers! My husband and I are astounded that our dear clematis has bounced back from two near death experiences. The first was my son plucking every flower petal off and then it being neglected in the pot because it looked terrible. I had to fish it out of the garbage bin because my husband just wanted the ugly thing gone but I plucked it out and finally planted it late fall. The next Spring, it came back gracefully, then battled a hard blight over the summer and I had to chop most of it off. I tried Vitax Clematis feed and boom! This beauty has come back full force for a fall flush! You just can't find this quality from Lowes or Menards, etc. Spend the money if you want quality plants! Also, I highly recommend Vitax Clematis feed.”
