Just personable, respectful, and knowledgeable sales staff who are there when you need them. We found a timeless, classy sofa and loveseat combo for a fantastic deal. We even had money left over, and opted for the protection package in case of stains or damage. My husband and I came in with very different ideas about what we wanted. “My dolphin pool vacuum quit after 8 years and I needed another one asap. I looked at their website and compared models and selected the best option.
I called in and talked to Ian and he had it in stock - he got it set up on my 12 months same as cash account over the phone. Took 10 minutes. My husband only had to run in and pick it up.
We have also recently bought a pool table - shuffle board table - a lot of out door furniture (we have a large veranda and patio area).
Can’t beat their pricing - selections and customer service!”

“Great spot to shop for furniture! Andrew was friendly and courteous, and allowed me to shop at my pace and was ready to answer questions if I had any. The floor model for the recliner I wanted was in stock and ready to be loaded same day. Honestly, the part that took the longest was for me to figure out what I wanted to pick out for my mom because there were several options I was looking at in store.
After a receipt, two gentlemen loaded the box into my truck and I was on my way. Will definitely come back if I have future furniture needs!”

He showed us the different selections and explained the options and then left us to check them out and came back occasionally to see if we had any questions. I finally decided on one I really liked. He then gave us info on that chair. He was never pushy but he was very informative on the La-Z-Boy products. He gave me the total price with delivery and taxes. He was always helpful and gave me good options to consider. A very pleasant experience.”
“Derek has been running the shop for 50 years. His father purchased it and then passed away and passed it down to him and his siblings. The items here are incredibly high quality and the knowledge Derek has around what he has in the shop is immense. We will absolutely visit again! There are 3 floors to look through; the main floor, the basement, and the upstairs. If you’re looking for quality antique furniture, you simply must visit this store.”
