Rob answered all my questions thoroughly and genuinely, treating me as a person first and customer second.While I am still determining if I can purchase the new bed I’m interested in, the way I was treated was enough to earn my business. “Brad was great! He took his time to show us around the store asking what we liked and didn’t like about each mattress. He had great suggestions about which mattresses to try. He explained the differences between all the various types and brands. We stopped by once to narrow it down to a few and went home to talk it over. When we returned he remembered us and remembered the mattresses we tried. He even suggested different pillows to try to increase the comfort level. Not only did he help us find a new mattress but new pillows as well. There was a woman working in the store with him the second time (11/13) and she was helpful as well. After the horrible experience we had at Original Mattress Factory (awful quality mattress and awful employees) we were being super picky about our new one. It was great that he understood and didn’t try to pressure us.”

“The best place to buy an ergonomic desk chair. They have a great selection, and someone actually custom fit me for a chair. WOW! I have a lower lumbar issue, and after I purchased the chair my back feels great. They explained all of the features, and showed me how to use them. I sat in several chairs. They made a recommendation. The chairs come with a lifetime warranty, and they fix them at this location. Also, they had them in stock, and they even help me load the chair in my car. “Super friendly greeting after we walked in, no pressure, no stress. We walked around, had some questions that were promptly answered, Shawn measured for us and entertained some setup ideas we had. After deciding to purchase we got delivery options presented and a 5 week delivery window however - got the call less than a week later that they will deliver on the weekend.If anything goes wrong I will update this but do fast this has been the easiest furniture shopping so far and one week delivery is amazing.”

“I have ordered multiple pieces of furniture from Woodcraft and have been very pleased with everything we've purchased (bed, nightstands, sideboard and desk). The furniture is solid wood and of high quality. I like that there is a physical showroom where you can see the piece in person, but still have the opportunity to customize the finish and other aspects of most items. There can be a bit of a wait to get the furniture made/finished, but it's worth it. The delivery team is fantastic as well--punctual, professional and very careful about how they handle your furniture.”

“Grand Antique Mall is one of the best antique malls in the city. It is just the right size and the quality of the items is top notch. Staff has always been extraordinarily helpful. Then even helped move a display shelf from the store and helped get it into the car. The fact that a large number of items are listed on eBay is also a big plus. It gives buyers an opportunity to make offers. I've done this on two items prior to picking them up, saving a ton of time sitting in the store waiting for an answer. The result is getting some nice discounts/deals. Grand Antique Mall is one of my favorites.”

They also offer free delivery I believe within 25 miles if I'm not mistaken so that was a blessing just in time for Christmas.
