“I picked up a couple of things at the Dollar General at 5310 Cleveland Rd., Wooster, Ohio, the morning of 14 Feb., 2024. I paid for my items with a debit card, which I left in the machine. The checkout lady, Lisa, tall with bluish hair, ran out into the parking lot and returned it to me. Her attentiveness and concern for a customer saved me a nightmare. I thank Dollar General for employing people of high character like this lady.”
“Been here a few times and you never know what you will find. Came on Monday and bought a couple of the faux flower bundles for $3 (about 6 per bundle) and again on Tuesday because I needed a few more. Was not very happy to see they opened and split up the flower bundles into individual purchases instead of 1 bundle as I originally purchased the day prior but I did end up finding 1 bundle they must have missed to split up. Also found this gorgeous rechargeable touch lamp that dims for $2.”

Still a very clean store and the morning and early afternoon crew are awesome. The guy that closes, wears overalls, it not friendly and I understand wanting to get out at 10 pm but telling every one that walk in at 9:49 pm and say closing in 5 mins is super annoying It makes me want to stay until 10:05 and ignore him saying they closing in 5 mins.
But he isn't going to make me stop coming to this amazing location minus overall employee!!
This is the best, cleanest, most organized dollar store I have ever seen! The manager is super awesome and nice and her and her crew do an outstanding job keeping the store in order!!”

“I currently work here and I love all that the store has to offer!yes we are short on staff but we are trying our hardest to clean the place up and stock shelves.the semi truck parked in the parking lot is a trucker that delivers locally for the company and parks it there for the weekends.The store is not closed early anymore that we need it to be.Reasons for early closing is that the isles are fill with merchandise and there is no way to get down the isles..Safety hazard just letting people know”

“Nice store! But, the employees are in backroom hanging out and seem to have a problem when they have to help you because self checkout register isn't corpoating properly. And, to top it off want to get aggravated because stuffs on sale and have digital coupons and want to say it something different.”
