Very rare these days to have someone provide prompt, thorough work while also being extremely personable—recalling details of a phone conversation had days earlier. I appreciate being able to have a quality machine repaired for further use rather than disposing and replacing it (for obvious reasons). Prices were great, too. If issues with a machine purchased arise (which will happen with the wear & tear vacuums take after years of use) I highly recommend seeing Jose to fix the issue. SO worth it. And get a Lamp Berge while you’re there—your house, family, and friends will undoubtedly thank you!”

All of our appliance purchases in the last five years have been from Bloom Brothers, and without incident. (We moved into our home in 2005, and in the last few years all of the appliances we installed when we moved in have met their natural end, one at a time, since 2020.)
The day I called to order what I thought would be a 30” white, dual fuel, double-oven Café range, Cody was amazingly helpful, confirmed the details I was requesting, and got the range ordered right away. It even arrived early.
Very shortly after delivery, we discovered an issue with the racks inside the oven. I called Cody, and after some explanation and troubleshooting, he said he was just going to order another range.
Range Number Two arrived with a different manufacturing issue involving the sensor that registers that the door is closed and turns off the light inside the oven. Not repairable—or acceptable with a brand new unit—so again Cody ordered a new range for us.
By the time Range Number Three arrived, we were all skittish and Shannon (manager) had instructed the delivery team to check the racks before it was even loaded off the truck. Good thing, because even with the delivery team being the ones to try, the racks didn’t go into the slots in the oven. One quick call back to the store, and we were told to just go in and we’d figure something out.
When we arrived, Shannon was SO gracious. At that point, after THREE failed attempts to purchase the Café (General Electric), we were confident that the best decision would be to pivot and go with a completely different manufacturer. Shannon was patient, kind, and diligent in helping me find the range that I’m ultimately thrilled with—a 30”, white, dual fuel single oven unit from Fulgore Milano.
The lesson here: While one should have serious reservations about purchasing a Café range from General Electric, one should NOT hesitate to work with Bloom Brothers for a single moment. They were professional, patient, kind, and provided us with excellent customer service.

“You might be surprised at this 5 star review for Dirt Devil (Royal). The vacuum is what it is and as we all know you usually get what you pay for. They make no claim to make the best vacuum, but for the price they are a good machine. My review is not for the product but for a Customer Service person named Jennifer who helped me today with a warranty concern. My first attempt with a warranty issue yesterday left me unsatisfied but Jennifer called me back today having spoken with her supervisor looking for a solution and together they were able to satisfy me. This kind of effort and commitment for the customer is rare indeed and I am very pleased with the result. Thank You Jennifer and good for you Dirt Devil for the customer commitment you have.”

“I bought a phone on Saturday and changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon. I was having issues with receiving text messages and emails. I called Verizon and they said the set up was incomplete and they needed the AT&T transfer PIN. I went to the AT&T store, and was on hold and on the phone with AT&T for over 40 minutes. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. I really appreciated Michael's kindness and calm attitude. He's definitely an asset to this location. Thank you.”
“I would like to give Terry a special shoutout. It’s was my birthday Memorial Day weekend and I was looking for a new charcoal grill to cook on for my family . Terry ,in gardening ,went above and beyond to help me find one that’s was in a box . Unfortunately it was no where to be found.
I ended up getting the display model and he even took it down for me with no help or push back. He’s a very kind, patient, and overall good human being. The world could use more people like Terry. Thank you so much for your help.”
