I wanted to compliment Joanna at Flagstar. I always have trouble when I lock myself out of my mobile app. I go into the bank and she and her staff are always kind to me and always help fix my problem. They are very welcoming from the time I walk out not being he door. I would never choose another bank.

Brianna is fantastic. Always doing business with a smile on her face. She is always very thorough and accurate. My money is in good hands!! I have been with this branch for almost 40 years, and never had a problem they could not fix.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer decent products. However, I do not appreciate the changing hours, nor do I appreciate that the online banking service never works.
