βLove the clothes, but they cost too much! I saw a dress I loved, but it was $200. I refuse to pay that much. They have a large selection of shoes that are reasonable when they go on sale.β
βCanβt say enough good things about this store. Clean, well organized, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. When I had a nosebleed in the store, staff jumped to my assistance without hesitation, finding a chair and rolls of paper towels. They stood by to make sure I was ok. I also want to give a big shout out to other shoppers, who showed concern and tried to help. This is by far the best Costco in any area weβve shopped in.β
βDenise is such a sweetheart β€οΈ. She always greets my mother warmly and is incredibly helpful whenever we shop at Kohlβs. She goes out of her way to make sure we have a great experience. My mom actually thinks about her every time we come to Kohlβs!

βAlways a pleasant experience. On this particular trip it seems that all the shelves have been freshly stocked for the spring season. I had to force myself to leave. The personal care section is an excellent section to put together a gift bag! The HomeGoods section is addictive and full to overflowing with amazing ways to decorate and cook etc etc. Their pet section is amazing tooβ

βI visited this store 3/4/26 around 4pm. I was shopping for some pajamas for my great nieces to put in their Easter baskets. The store had a great selection to choose from especially in the sizes I was looking for 2T and 4/5T. I also found some black slacks and a beautiful blouse for myself. I guess I was in the store an hour and most shelves were well stocked, even housewares/towels and hanging garments. There was a short wait in the line to check out but I think that was because a couple cashiers were dealing with returns and a price look up.β
βI always enjoy my trips to the Costco in Boston Heights. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant and welcoming. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I need.
One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the excellent customer service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I've had to return items several times, and the process has always been hassle-free. Costco's return policy is generous, and the staff is accommodating.
Whether you're looking for groceries, electronics, or household items, I highly recommend checking out the Costco in Boston Heights. It's a great place to shop!β

The store was full of other shoppers and very friendly associates. The prices were higher than I thought they would be, but I will definitely be back!β

βThere aren't enough stars to rate this place! You could decorate an entire house, (from entirely empty) every room, from this store. This is another one of those stores where if you see something you like you'd better get it because it will be GONE when you come back for it later. Their pet section is better than some of the big pet stores in regard to certain items. There are lots of name brands and even some exclusive luxury designer items as well. The selection is unbeatable. The price point is amazing!β

βI have been to this store every week since I found this location. Clothing for growing boys can be expensive.....but not here! I have gotten name brand clothing at close-out prices. My dollar has been thoroughly stretched. I was also able to find something for my future son in law for his upcoming birthday and even a few things for myself.....ALL NAME BRANDS! If you see something, get it, because it won't be there when you go back (I learned the hard way). They have more than clothes, but clothes were my focus these past few visits.β

βLast week was my first visit to this store. I must say, it will not be my last! The store has so many wonderful items for my home and small business. The store was very well organized, neat, and clean. The clearance area was also neat; no items thrown around on the floor or merchandise piled up. I originally went to purchase a comforter. They had a nice array to choose from as well as different price points. I wanted a gray comforter. I found a couple that offered the sheet set too. After looking, I found one on the clearance shelve. It was perfect and the price was perfect too! Check out was a breeze. The cashier was nice. I highly recommend HomeGoods... I'm going back next week!β
βEverything was very good. A bit pricey but definitely got a very good meal. Also service from hostess to wait staff was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. Look forward to eating there again .. hopefully soon.β
βLisa and staff were very understanding of my shoe/feet issue..was able to find a good pair of waterproof Brooks sneakers that are in dress code for my work. Have good selection of all types of Mens and Womens shoes.β

βI had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.β
βMaggie in the meat department is great! I had a bunch of questions for her regarding kabobs weβre making tonight, and she recommended a beef cut, quantity, and then cut everything to order. Couldnβt have been any better. Thanks again Maggie!!β

βI have never gone to this TJ Maxx store I found that they had some lovely items, however when you try to find them in your size they're not available, which is really disheartening. It's too bad they don't offer a broader selection of sizes in these lovely sweaters they had. There are other household items were very nice as well.β

βHuge TJM. Found just what I was looking for in clothing. All other departments were larger than the ones here in Akron. If you need a big TJM haul, make the drive here. Staff was extra friendly too.β

βI shop at Target regularly and buy items for my dog. The food is significantly cheaper than it is at other stores. I also like the Goodfellow brand of clothes and have purchased many pairs of jeans and t shirts. I also drink a lot of coffee and buy Starbucks French Roast beans, which I grind. Itβs always in stock.β
