The staff is exceptional--they always greet us warmly and are knowledgeable, polite, and patient with our questions. The staff work efficiently to process the personal items we send as well as our returns to vendors. They are simply the best at what they do. I use them several times a month, and appreciate their consistently excellent, friendly service. Highest of recommendations--5 Stars.”

“Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”

“Extremely friend staff, I use them all the time for Amazon returns and sales. They even have a station where you can self scan and drop your items in a box to return to avoid the line. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who uses it which is a plus for me since it means no waiting, it also does give you a drop off receipt too!”

“Nothing but the best, quickest service here. I feel like anyone that disagrees or has a lesser experience has a hard time functioning in society anyways, haha. I walk in with my packages, and am usually out the door in seconds. Amazon returns and shipping of boxes. Excellent on my end.”
