“I was driving with my three small kids from Chicago to New Jersey when my engine overheated. I was stranded in a construction zone without air conditioning in the middle of August with no idea where to go for help. I looked up an auto body shop close by and Deichler’s came up, and I am so, so glad it did. Not only were they unbelievably kind to my kids and me, they made sure to check out every aspect of the car even after being pretty certain what the problem was. Despite car trouble on a road trip being an incredibly stressful event, the interaction I had with everyone at Deichler’s truly brightened my day. They are honest, knowledgeable, GOOD people and deserve all the business. I’ve never left a review for a business before but felt so moved to do so after my experience at Deichler’s.”

“Great place! Came to get a nail removed and tire plugged. I worked with Brandon who told me it would be better to consider new tires altogether as mine are bad and would not last through winter. This I knew already, and as a poor person in this economy, I almost did not consider it. Checked to see if I could get financed. Got approved for a great amount on brand new tires that actually were already decently priced. So decently priced I went ahead and paid half up front. Staff was very thorough. Brandon gave me knowledge on my vehicle and Rich was thorough will the explanation of financing and payment. Everyone was kind and professional. They made me feel at peace about spending money I didn’t plan on spending for something I surely needed anyway. As soon as I drove away I could tell the different. I’m ready for CLE winters! Thanks guys!”

“Fantastic guys! I stopped in today to get my heater looked at. I thought that I had made an appointment for this location but apparently I messed up. They were able to take a look at it and found a plugged up AC vent that was causing all the problems. They didn't charge me a dime and didn't have a problem with doing a diagnostic without an appointment.”

“Great service, nice guys. Appreciated all their efforts. Had an occasion to use the optional Road Hazard Warranty on the tires I purchased. It was a great investment, as I popped a tire in a Lorain pothole, aka CRATER! Saved me a great deal of money in the long run.”

“Wonderful service! My mom is 85 and had called for a tow. Paul came out and took a look at the car and determine it was the battery when we thought it was the starter. Instead of putting the car on the flatbed and hauling it away, he spent the extra time with her to properly diagnose the issue. He was very kind and thorough. We were able to get a new battery instead of taking g the car to the mechanic.”
