“Great owner! Had an accident and he made the situation as positive as that could be towing. I highly recommend. He also was able to release my truck without any damage.”
“I was stuck on the turnpike and even though they aren't authorized to help motorists there, Vaughn's went out of their way to make phone calls to make sure I got the assistance I needed. That level of kindness to a stranger, knowing they wouldn't get any financial gain from helping me shows what a good and honest place this is to”

“I was driving with my three small kids from Chicago to New Jersey when my engine overheated. I was stranded in a construction zone without air conditioning in the middle of August with no idea where to go for help. I looked up an auto body shop close by and Deichler’s came up, and I am so, so glad it did. Not only were they unbelievably kind to my kids and me, they made sure to check out every aspect of the car even after being pretty certain what the problem was. Despite car trouble on a road trip being an incredibly stressful event, the interaction I had with everyone at Deichler’s truly brightened my day. They are honest, knowledgeable, GOOD people and deserve all the business. I’ve never left a review for a business before but felt so moved to do so after my experience at Deichler’s.”
