“This is my new local store since I moved and I have been numerous times. I enjoy the employees, even when they are having bad days. I believe this store could be better managed, but it tends to be clean and organized.”

“I am very happy to see a Dollar Tree open in Willoughby. Unlike some other Dollar Tree locations in the area, this store is pretty well stocked. I can find anything from frozen burritos to batteries. Check out service is consistent and everything I would expect.”
“I went to this Dollar Tree because the one in my neighborhood is not stocked regularly or organized, and it did not disappoint! The store was organized and fully stocked! “I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.”

“I stopped by the dollar tree in Solon and this is one the biggest stores I've been too. They have a lot of decorative items that I haven't seen at other stores. Well stocked and they were still sticking the shelves while I was there. The associates were really helpful too.”

“This store is around the corner from the house. Friendly staff, usually quiet atmosphere-reflective of the neighborhood. This time they were out of paper towels, it seems to rotate since the coronavirus hit. Probably good idea to call ahead and see if the one of the main items you're after is there. Otherwise, good visit.”

“Due to the lack of employees in the recent past shelves were not stocked. But it's getting Much better...Here's a tip:::If you don't see what you want on the shelf, ask someone who works there, if they have it out back BC They Probably do. Employees are very nice and easy to talk to. Like I said before The store is looking better and being stocked. I am kind of bias tho' bc I shop there ALL THE TIME. I only gave 4 stars bc of the few empty shelves. Employees are very pleasant and are willing to help in any way.”

“Yes the sore is a mess, but it’s convenient usually have what you need good hours and A mixed you know, we knocked so many places because people being rude and being messy I think about the people that they are having to deal with. “I normally don't go this far to a dollar stores but ive noticed that in the inner city of CLEVELAND our stores are much smaller than the heights stores and they have way more $1.25 items than us????? and they are clean and your in and out. “I don't particularly like going to any store with Dollar in its name. I just can't take it. This time, I had to go to one, and it was an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this particular store was well stocked and pretty clean. I found what I needed and proceeded to check out.

“Everyone's always so nice when I come to this family dollar always greeted me anytime I've walked into the store rain sleet snow shine even with a line a people they always made sure any time I've frequented the store which to me is everything 1st impressions is everything & if the folks that work in this store appreciate their jobs & have a go to chain of commands (management) as far as their leadership it starts at the top & works its way down..... “This store has a 100% change no silver things in the aisle . you can get straight through. the aisle are clear outside is clean very well spoken employees fresh fruits and vegetables. “I think this is one of the better family dollars in the region. I moved into the neighborhood from 3 hours south and Cleveland was entirely new to me but this was a store I frequented during my 8 months up there and never had any problems or issues here. It has everything you could possibly need at such a store and the prices are pretty consistent with other Family Dollars. The wider neighborhood isn’t great. If you’re passing through and not familiar with it then I recommend keep on going until you’re in a better neighborhood but if your from the area or familiar with east Cleveland than this is a fairly decent Family Solar.”
