“This place has amazing service !! We were traveling thru the area and blew a trailer tire on the interstate. After discovering the spare I had wouldn’t fit I disconnected the trailer and took the blown tire to Walt Luti tire a few miles away .. the shop was full but they immediately took my tire and within 10 min I was on the road .. I then discovered my other tire was over 20 yr old and I had a 700 mile trip ahead of me so I took the trailer to them again to change the old tire so I wouldn’t have another blow out .. They again had me back up to the shop and right away changed my tire and had me on the road in in few minutes . It was amazing service and friendly people!!!”

One thing I really like and will keep me coming back - they sent a full inspection report on my car with pictures and details about everything they checked. Customer service in the shop was great!”
“Kevin at Muennich’s is a straight shooter and very honest. We had an emergency situation where a flashing check engine light with a Hyundai Santa Fe sport. Not knowing why it was flashing, Kevin quickly accommodated us on short notice and let us know ow that the car needed to be seen by the dealership due to a critical code. He gave us a lot of advice and is extremely knowledgeable about cars. Highly recommend him and his team!!!!!”

“I went here to have a tire rotation completed. The service was free since the tires were purchased there. They also took a look at my brakes, as they were squealing, and found nothing wrong to hinder the functioning of them. They didn't charge me for inspecting my brakes either. Very friendly and they had my car done in less than 30 minutes.”

“Couldn't have been more impressed (and thankful) by William and the mechanics on site at the time. They were extremely understanding and helpful in an out-of-town travel emergency, allowing us to enjoy a special event and helping us to get the family safely back on the road home that same evening.
We were traveling to Cincinnati from Columbus late on a Saturday afternoon for a concert when I started having electrical issues and a "Battery Charging System Malfunction" notification. After stopping at the first auto parts store we could locate to test the battery and alternator, we determined the alternator bearings were shot and the alternator burning up/close to seizing. Options were limited as seemingly every place around (Chevy dealership, repair shops, car rentals were closed for the evening (and in many cases weekend). Facing the possibility of missing the concert (for which we had VIP passes) and being stranded in Cincinnati area with no clothes, food, lodging, etc., we called Firestone. After explaining the situation, William ensured us he could have the vehicle repaired by late the next morning. We arrived, dropped off the car, and were even told that they would do what they could to complete the repair that evening if possible. We were able to Uber to the event and while standing in line received a call that the repair was complete, even refunding some of the estimated charge as they did not have to complete all maintenance initially quoted in the rush of the moment without having the opportunity to fully diagnose the issue.
Ended up being the most expensive concert I've ever attended, but thanks to the team at Firestone (and the Uber driver) we made it just in time, salvaged a great experience, and still made it back home that same night as planned. THANK YOU!!!”
