“This automotive shop lives true to its name! I took my car to them to have some work done, and they did a great job. I had a problem with my payment. They worked with me without any reservations. This was a bigJob with a big balance. They divided my payment up into 3 payments. Where it was affordable for me to pay. They didn't try to keep my car until the payments were made, or talk to me disrespectful. They did an amazing job with my vehicle. I will always be a repeat customer.”

“I had a mishap in my wife’s car this morning from some debris in the road. I cleared the debris and wanted to make sure there was no damage to the undercarriage so I did a quick search for auto service in the area because I live about an hour away. I tried a regional chain and was told it would be an hour and a half at minimum. Decided to try Tuffy and they took it right in and checked for damage. In addition, they didn’t charge for their service. The staff I interacted with were polite and professional. I would highly recommend.”

“My experience here at tire discounters started great with the Nate at the Fields Ertel location, but soon after turned negative with the general Manager at their new location. I won’t get into details but I hope nobody will have to deal with his ego and dishonesty. I believe that the rest of the staff and management teams went above and beyond to insure my happiness which I am very thankful for. In the end, my business with TD was relocated to their Maineville location and I can’t even put in words how wonderful it felt to work with Adam and Ben. Adam took great pride in his work and customers I could just tell by his interaction and demeanor. He also seemed well liked by his employees. They were friendly and professional to every person who stopped in and they went the extra mile to insure my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction! 5 star service here!! “A tire on our 16' box trailer shredded on the highway and good 'Ole Google asserted that Ziegler Tire off Reed Rd was the closest shop to us. 6 minutes later we were skeptical whether this shop did non-commercial vehicle tires. Darryl, the employee we were graced with, went out of his way to go down the street to get the size tires we needed. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile (literally) to serve our needs. I'm impressed ? and grateful ? They also took a look at my brakes, as they were squealing, and found nothing wrong to hinder the functioning of them. They didn't charge me for inspecting my brakes either. “I’m a new first time mom and I came in with a severely flat fire that couldn’t be savaged. I came in expecting to just need that one fixed, to find out I needed a second one replaced as well and the others needing changed soon after. Recently coming off maternity leave, I only had about $200 to spare and after looking at how unsafe those tires were for a new mom and an infant; Angela at the front desk and Josh the store manager made me getting all four tires possible so me and my son can drive around safely. I’ve never experienced such good customer service and it seriously made me want to cry. There are good people in this world still, and turns out they exist at my local tire place.
