“I cannot speak highly enough about my experience here. I was at the last stretch of a 1,000 mile drive last night when something punctured one of my tires. This shop was the closest one, so I called to ask if they could help even though it was near closing time. They were ready for me when I pulled in and had me back on the road again in under 30 minutes. Everyone who helped me was so kind and friendly. They made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely easy and even pleasant! If this shop was local to me, I would definitely be going here for other services. Absolutely recommend.”

“These guys are dependable, honest, and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about their service, pricing, or anything. They do what they say and exactly what they say. You won't be disappointed. Whether it's an oil change or something more complicated, these guys deliver.”

“Brandon helped get my car in right away and did an assessment of our daughters tailpipe/muffler. We were appreciative of their honesty but found an auto shop that was half the price.”

“Just took my 2024 Camry hybrid in due to a rattling sound coming from the back wheel well. Car is still under 20,000 miles and covered under warranty, so I initially scheduled with the Toyota dealer. The day before my appointment, I got a text notifying it would be $189.99 just took look at my car. I quickly cancelled the appointment and called R&M. They checked it out this morning for free, and as soon as I got home, Mike gave me a call to tell me it was done. Turns out, there was a rock in the suspension spring exactly where I heard the sound coming from. He took it out and didn't charge me a dime. In 2021, I took my 2007 LEXUS RX350 with over 200,000 miles on it to the Lexus Dealer and they gave me a nearly $8,000 invoice of repairs which would've totaled the car. A client of mine recommended R&M for a second opinion. In a single day, Mike called me over to look at the issue. He pulled out a water pump that was literally crumbling in his hand (a piece literally fell off of it when he picked it up). A water pump wasn't even listed on the invoice at Lexus. Mike charged me $800 and I've been a loyal customer ever since for all of my vehicles. To this day, 5 years later, I still haven't spent that initial $8,000 in estimates the Lexus dealer gave me, and I've had a lot of work done on that LEXUS to keep it as a solid winter vehicle. R&M is a place with good people that do great work. I trust them with all of my vehicle issues and so should you!”

“Both Kevin Baas and Kevin Baas Jr are extremely knowledgeable about any kind of vehicle. You can tell that between the two of them, they have decades of experience. I’ve heard really good things about their other employees/helpers as well. 10/10 love this place, highly recommend.”

“Got to work and found I had a giant screw in my tire. Decided to run over to this location to get the issue resolved since I knew I would have a lot more trouble ahead of me if I had waited until after my shift. I have a warranty on my tires from Monroe so I wanted to be sure I took my vehicle into one of their shops in case I needed a whole new tire. Thankfully upon my arrival, there was no wait. They got me in super quick. All I needed was a patch and that was covered. The staff here were top notch, quick, kind and efficient. If I need anything else from Monroe I’ll be returning to this location! Thank you all for making a stressful start to my day smooth and easy!”

“I moved to Lebanon 10 years ago. When I was looking for a place to take my car in for repairs, it was suggested to me to take my car to Rick's Car Care. I have been taking my cars to Rick's Car Care ever since. I won't take my cars anywhere else. Rick is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. Rick does top quality work for a fair price.”

“Honesty goes a long way. Especially in today's service industry, where sell sell sell is the daily scope of business. Halt auto has been honest, prompt, and made repairs at better than OEM dealership costs, and not sold me on stuff that while may need to be addressed, isn't keeping my car from safely getting me from point a to point b. Thank you Halt Auto for being a hold out in the industry”

“While Im originally from the Franklin/Springboro/Lebanon area, I needed a quality tire shop for a unique request. My Dad always said that Luti Tire had the absolute best service in the area. So, since Ive been in the area this week and needed tires, naturally I went to Walt Luti Tire. When I came in, I didn't have any appointment and I spoke to Scott Luti and explained what I needed on a weekday afternoon. Later on that same day, he called me to say that he'd likely have my tires ready the next day. The next day, i got a call in the morning to come pick up my set of tires. They gave me a great price and im especially grateful for their fast turnaround time.”

“Had a screw in my tire. The place I purchased them couldn't fit me in. So I called around and Discount Tire fit me in. Walk in appointment and I was out the door in less than an hour. Thank you Eathan and Te'Mar I appreciate it very much! I highly recommend them.”

“Stopped in on a whim with a super dead battery while in progress on a 5.5 hour drive for vacation. I knew the battery was a problem and already picked it up to just change it myself when we stopped somewhere on the road, but it was already pushing 5pm, tools were buried in the car somewhere. We were taking a 5 year old, 9 month old, and a 6 month old puppy, so I did NOT want to try to change the battery on the road at all. I figured I would just stop in to see if by chance they could squeeze me in to take some stress off my plate. The battery is not super easy to get to on my car, but they were able to get the car straight in, finished quickly, and make my trip MUCH better. Hats off to the team, thank you for helping me out! I know the automotive repair world can be rough for employees first hand, but keep up the great work and hang in there!”

“I like working with Firestone and know that I can trust in them. Although I know there are new faces that I don't recognize, but JD (I hope I have name correct???) has been there for a long time and the girl I speak with quite often (sorry, I forgot name). But I feel comfortable when I see them working. It's nice to see familiar faces”

“Excellent Service & Dedication! I bought a set of Goodyear KO3s for my Jeep Wrangler at a really good price, and they had them installed in no time! Shortly after leaving, though, my TPMS light came on, so I took it back. Eric went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He stayed almost an hour after closing trying to figure out what was going on. Turns out Jeep had changed the system codes, which made getting the TPMS to communicate correctly a little more complicated. But Eric didn’t give up—he kept working at it until he figured it out and got me taken care of. That kind of hard work, patience, and dedication to a customer deserves to be recognized. He could have easily told me to come back another day, especially after closing, but he didn’t. Great price, great service, and someone willing to go the extra mile to make things right. Thank you, Eric! And I absolutely LOVE my new KO3s! 💙🛞”

“Mr James Armstong is not a customer, more or less he is a bit of a disgruntled ex service tech who just couldn't quite cut it as a professional service technician. I'm sure pressing and foam fill were slow when he was the one performing the task. We strive on excellence and great customer relations which was something Mr. Armstrong couldn't grasp. I just thought I'd give all little insight on the only bad review. Keep Rollin'”

“My 2006 Ford E150 work van check engine light came on. I called my favorite mechanic, and he said bring it in. Turns out it was the throttle body, got serviced, and now my van runs better than it has in months. I will continue to bring my van to Russell's, and I always recommend his business to anyone who asks”

“This was the second or third time I’ve been to this location with really good results. The wife hit a pot hole on her way home so I took the tire, which they didn’t have but ordered it and said it’d be there by the next day. In fact it came later that afternoon and they took care of me fantastically. Tim and Jesse were really helpful today.”

“J.R. was super helpful, informative and just an all around great dude while I was there, along with the staff that I got a chance to interact with. J.R. helped me get a good deal and they even stayed open past closing time so that I got what I needed handled done asap! Cannot express how greatful I am for them! Def will be coming back to this location in the future! Just make sure if you come you are aware that they are very busy (probably because they do good work lol) so be prepared to wait, but it is sooo worth it!”
