no one seem to know Exactly what was wrong ...... so i ordered rotors(front) hub/bearings, brakes/pads etc. etc.
we took the Durango to City Tire/Auto Repair, they said; I'll put these parts on (but he didn't think we needed them, and he was right) ........ about a hour into the repair ,city tire calls us: saying the caliper is busted/something? brake was running hot ... so he replaced it ! Very , Very honest, really appreciate the good work they did on our dodge Durango and ALL for a very reasonably LOW price!
update: months later the Durango is doing good! EXCELLENT Work!”

“My husband's 2002 Firebird Firehawk is his baby! He was driving down a road with construction and there were man holes sticking almost half a foot above ground throughout. One of them hit the bottom of his door and tore it up along with the rocker panel. He was very upset! We were recommend Dealers Choice by a coworker and they were absolutely right! They did a fantastic job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. We couldn't even tell anything had happened!”

“Had a student bust a TPMS sensor on a customer's '22 Pan America while changing the rear tire. The folks at Harley Davidson of Xenia were very helpful getting the sensor bext day and then programming the sensor once it was installed.”
“I was doing a brake job for my neighbor and a different auto parts store in town here had gave them the wrong parts so they had to order the right parts said they would be there later in the day so we waited and waited and it was time to go get the parts and they weren't there so I called Napa and they had them in stock and the cheaper price 40 minutes later I had it all back together for him,,”
“I was recently in an accident and chose this shop to do my repairs and they did a fantastic job. My estimator was great, she communicated effectively and the shop got the job done. The receptionist is very nice and helped me get a hold of my rental company so they could pick me up when I dropped my vehicle off. Unfortunately, some parts were on backorder to no fault of the shop, but they were on it and rescheduled me the next week. They also informed me when the part came in just to let me know so I could plan accordingly. Hopefully I never have to come back after an accident, but if I do, I'll come here.”

Later I got a call saying my car would be finished by the end of next week. Yesterday I got the call that my car was finished. “Cam in early this morning for some windshield wipers, was created by a friendly gentleman. He gave me information on different qualities and pricing of wipers blades which was very kind instead of just tryn to sell the most expensive. He also offered to put them on for me. Once he was complete I tried to tip him for helping me out and he smiled and told me no thank you. He was very kind and helpful need more people like this. “Very pleased with their work. I got 4 quotes for fixing some serious mailbox damage on the passenger side of my Cadillac SRX. Had to replace the front fender, headlight, side mirror. Plus they had to get the gouges and dings out of both doors and the back quarter panel. They had the cheapest quote. My biggest concern was there is a lot of advanced electronics just for the mirror and headlights. When they were finished, everything worked. 5 Stars.”
