It’s unfortunate that the ppl in the loan department and special services are not genuinely decent ppl like them. The loan department and special services department are the reason I’m leaving this credit union. They are evil toxic ppl and they literally had it out for me which is why I stopped putting all my money into this bank.”

“I want to extend my appreciation of all the effort Lorrie went through to help me these past 2 weeks with getting my new car. I finally found the car I was looking for in the year, trim, transmission and mileage I wanted, but it was 4hrs away in Michigan. Lorrie worked her butt off to get my loan done but it didn't make it to underwriting in time on a Friday evening. She promised she'd get it done Monday, and she absolutely did. I kept throwing her curveballs, and she stuck with me the entire way through. And when the dealership really dropped the ball, both Christina and Lorrie got me squared away immediately! I'm super thankful and appreciative of both these ladies! And if that wasn't enough, I figured since my credit already took the hit I would see about refinancing my consolidation loan with them as well. “You really can't beat Wright Patt Credit Union. This is the best financial institution I have ever used. Super easy to get in and out with the answers I need each time. Very quick with all my loan approvals. Quick with getting my checks processed. The ONLY complaint I have in General is there is not one even close to the Maineville-Lebanon Area. And the ONLY Complaint I have about this location specifically is the video tellers. Im old school and prefer an actual human in front of me helping me out.”
