He is a true life saver… Had an emergency which resulted in the loss of my phone and thankfully not my life… Brad did an amazing job at keeping me calm, HE SHOWED ME EMPATHY and really just made the store an overall comfortable environment for me and my mom!! He took his time to help me set up my new device and even showed me a few tricks I could use lol… THANK YOU BRAD!!! GOD placed you in the room at the perfect time… Thankful for you and AT&T!!”

“On Saturday 5:28/22 my sister was having trouble downloading her mobile banking app.We went to the bank and he said it was a Cricket issue. So we went Cricket and a really special person by the name of Willy PATIENTLY helped her for about an hour or more. He figured out that the app was an old app and found the correct one and waited for all of her 21 updates to finish them downloaded the right app got her set up for fingerprint access!!Thank you Willy you are awesome!”
“Had gotten a phone at another location and went in here to have my bill looked because it was not what I was told it would be. Instead of directing me to call customer service like previous location the manager pulled up my account and went over the additional charges that were added. He was able to get them squared away for me. Store started to get busy and he didnt rush me away. I know going forward this is the location I will be going to for all my future services. Thank you again.”
“Last week I went into the Kettering AT&T store to get a new phone. Ahmed worked with me to get me the phone I wanted, yellow iPhone 15+. He also recommended AT&T fiber Internet. Additionally, he set my new phone up for me - I struggle with technology. Ahmed was awesome . . . very patient and very kind.”
