“Wonderful experience! We visited in order to have my daughter re-fitted for pointe shoes. Wow! What a different experience we had compared to other shops. Terri was fantastic! She took such great care of my daughter and was so specific to her needs. She studied her bare foot, her dead pointe shoes, talked with her about her current dancing needs/struggles, tried various shoes until the perfect one emerged. We will definitely be back! “Huge selection of shoes. Make sure you look all the way up as the shoes are stacked over the shleves, almost till they hit ceiling. If you don't find your desired size in display, it's highly likely you would find them above and the store Associates will use ladders to pick them for you. They also had lot of shoes in Sale when we visited in the last week of Feb.”

“The girl who helped me when I came in was knowledgeable about the shoes. I didn't feel like there was much of a selection for wider feet but didn't really get enough time to look. The store was pretty busy and the isles were kinda narrow so it made browsing a bit uncomfortable. I will try again when it's less busy.”

“Listennn… I just had an exchange with Paul @ Journeys in The Greene that truly tested my gangster. Paul answered my call in which I was in search of a certain product. He was sooo nice on the phone & excited that he found the product for me, almost more than me! I decided to give him a coupon for a free car wash to Flying Ace. When I got to the store to pick up the product, I gave him said coupon & he was so grateful, you would’ve thought I gave him a million bucks. He came from behind the counter & hugged me so tight! He was so sweet! Some would think it was weird, but it surprised me so much after the loss of a few loved ones this week & so much sadness & evil in this season & this world, that hug was what I needed but didn’t know I needed. It brought me to tears. When I started to well up, Paul came from behind the counter AGAIN & hugged me AGAIN. This time my gangster had completely left the building! I cried all the way back to my car & while telling my daughter about it & am tearing up now leaving this review. Paul is an EXCELLENT employee! And you could just tell he’s a genuinely good person. It might sound corny but
I felt like he cared about me even though all he really knew about me was that I wore a size 9 shoe. It’s just not something you see or experience everyday, especially in face-to-face customer service. Such a great way to end the year! Thank you, Paul. I will forever remember this experience.”

“Great selection, staff and prices. Since it’s an outlet store they have some great deals, styles and selection which can be different than the J&M retail stores. There’s almost always a great sale around Fed Holidays and the store is one of the largest J&M stores I’ve ever seen across the US.”

“Great spot, insane deals, caring employees. The dude I talked with today was willing to match a really strong online deal that was out of stock on their site. They had that same shoe in my size and he matched the online price. He also checked/found backstock on a new pair of authentics that was out of my size on the shelf. The deals they have in here are solid, and if you're kind and respectful with the employees, you get the same in return. You're fast asleep if you're not stopping in here when you're in the area.”

“Came in for some door buster sales this am with my wife about an hour after opening. The line was all the way around the inside of the store. My wife had surgery earlier this week so she couldn't stand there that long. So I popped back in without her right before closing, I told the ladies about her look and they quickly helped me find 4 items that would be perfect. I came home and she is wearing 2 of the 4 right now... and funny enough she was online stocking most of the items I got her. Great people. Great store. Thanks for the personal help!”
