Poor customer service and rude manager. i went to this location to have my battery tested and possibly purchase a new battery. The manager told me he could not do it because he was the only employee there. As I was leaving I noticed another employee stocking. I then asked can that employee watch the counter while you test the battery, so I can buy one if needed because I drove all the way here. He responded by telling me that the other employee was not a counter guy, so he cannot help customers while he tests my battery. I responded that he can at least watch the counter while you help a customer. He stated that he can't and it's a free service rudely. I informed him that it is a free service used to attract customers, hence me being here. Then I asked for the manager's number and he rudely replied he is the manager. I then asked for the general manager's number and he told me it was on the door and to tell him he said hello. I told him not to be rude because people often don't like the consequences that come with that and I left. I left a message with the regional manager and will call the customer service number as well. Took my business elsewhere!

The counter sales representatives do a good job, management does not let us have enough counter help so we can't always answer the phone...but if you come in we do 100% to help

Their website was one of two that gave the correct battery for my 2003 Honda -- Advance, AutoZone, etc., listed the wrong battery. O'reilly had it in stock, tool! I paid on-line. That was all excellent. But picking up the battery was another story. Tried to do curbside pickup but they wouldn't answer the phone. When I finally got through they just put me on hold and never got back (12+ minutes). I went in the store and there were only 2 clerks who seemed very busy helping other customers with difficult problems. When I finally got a clerk I felt like I was getting lots of attitude (maybe it was just battle fatigue showing). Instead of "hi how can i help you?" it was more like "oh... another... customer...." Took maybe an hour at the store to pickup my battery.

They mistakenly listed what I was looking for in their inventory, but after every employee in the store searched for it, nobody found it. Then they called the next closest store to check there, and had them hold it at the counter for me. Yeah I wish their inventory was accurate, but mistakes happen and they tried their best and made it as convenient for me as possible. I'll definitely be returning as I am a car enthusiast/DIYer.

On the evening of October 13, 2023; I ordered a carb rebuild kit online for instore pickup.I tried to call the store to say I sat through two lights because the driver of the car ahead of me was on their phone. It was before closing when I called, and the phone just kept ringing. I was at the store two minutes past closing time, they were closed but a younger gentleman was letting someone out. I nicely asked him if I could get it and he was friendly as could be. Then the older man with glasses asked the younger guy what was he doing and he explained plush told him it was paid for only. The guy with glasses yelled at me, "see you at 7:30," which is opening time. He then looked at the younger guy and said," just make him come back tomorrow, I don't care if he is the f***ing King of England. It was past closing, so I am not upset about the part in the slightest. I appreciate the professionalism of the younger gentleman. The older man and his total disrguard of the customer like it was a joke, and yelling the profanity about if I were the King of England will have me never shop at an Oreilly's location again; and I suggest you avoid this on. The one on reading has a great staff that appreciates the customer.
