Their website was one of two that gave the correct battery for my 2003 Honda -- Advance, AutoZone, etc., listed the wrong battery. O'reilly had it in stock, tool! I paid on-line. That was all excellent. But picking up the battery was another story. Tried to do curbside pickup but they wouldn't answer the phone. When I finally got through they just put me on hold and never got back (12+ minutes). I went in the store and there were only 2 clerks who seemed very busy helping other customers with difficult problems. When I finally got a clerk I felt like I was getting lots of attitude (maybe it was just battle fatigue showing). Instead of "hi how can i help you?" it was more like "oh... another... customer...." Took maybe an hour at the store to pickup my battery.

They mistakenly listed what I was looking for in their inventory, but after every employee in the store searched for it, nobody found it. Then they called the next closest store to check there, and had them hold it at the counter for me. Yeah I wish their inventory was accurate, but mistakes happen and they tried their best and made it as convenient for me as possible. I'll definitely be returning as I am a car enthusiast/DIYer.

On the evening of October 13, 2023; I ordered a carb rebuild kit online for instore pickup.I tried to call the store to say I sat through two lights because the driver of the car ahead of me was on their phone. It was before closing when I called, and the phone just kept ringing. I was at the store two minutes past closing time, they were closed but a younger gentleman was letting someone out. I nicely asked him if I could get it and he was friendly as could be. Then the older man with glasses asked the younger guy what was he doing and he explained plush told him it was paid for only. The guy with glasses yelled at me, "see you at 7:30," which is opening time. He then looked at the younger guy and said," just make him come back tomorrow, I don't care if he is the f***ing King of England. It was past closing, so I am not upset about the part in the slightest. I appreciate the professionalism of the younger gentleman. The older man and his total disrguard of the customer like it was a joke, and yelling the profanity about if I were the King of England will have me never shop at an Oreilly's location again; and I suggest you avoid this on. The one on reading has a great staff that appreciates the customer.

Service excellence, helpfull takes on a new meaning, SUPPORT!Need a tool, free 48hour rental. Warranty or return, lost receipt, gladly no worries, give your name or phone#. The best of everything that Amazon just can't do.Ps. I used to love local Napa but heart break.., I have the receipt for the battery under warranty, already tried to trickle charge all night.I called Napa (are you sure you will.., ok, I'll be there).So I troubled a friend for a ride.Now they insist to try hard hot charging it over an hour while we wait, of course it's still bad...Then they say," it doesn't have the date punched out on the battery so, we don't honor the warranty".

Purchased wipers for my Lincoln Anand the gentleman came out in the cold and changed them with no issue. Had a rough time figuring out how to change the rear wiper, but he figured it out. Great folks working in this store.

Did not have oil that was on sale. Had to buy more expensive oil and filter. Still like your Springdale Ohio store. Marvin is the best

They did an outstanding job on my car!! My car would not start properly. The two O'Reilly workers were able to look at my battery and notice that it was not staying in place. The one guy, I think was named Tony, was able to tighten the post on my battery. I thought I needed a new battery I was so happy and relieved with my service there. Thank you guys!

Great store, fantastic customer service, great management!I, like so many of us clueless about cars, came to this store needing not just to purchase a product but technical assistance if I wanted to fix the problem myself. The moment I walked in it felt like a small town community store where everyone knows each other and actually cares abt each other. Two customers knew the manager's name! Several employees helped me but it was Marvin whom I believe was the manager who I saw going above and beyond to help others speaking both English and Spanish and talking car shop in between. Honestly the staff seemed as fond as him as the customers which is rare. My family will definitely come here over other places closer that are less helpful. Gracias Marvin.

Super friendly and helpful! She asked if I needed a receipt and I said no, I don't remember looking down for a name tag either. She was very quick and efficient. I am oblivious to cars, she helped me look up the oil my car needed and walked me over to get my items. She was fabulous!
