The tires are good. But to get a flat or low tire repaired. There's a 2 or 3 hour - or longer wait, to be severed. (I just think that when you've already spent money on a set of 4 tires.)You should get some type of priority.

Very happy with our new tires. The young men and woman were very professional and had the job completed in 45 minutes. The seemed like they were a team working together on many things. The tires were very easy to buy online and scheduling was very accommodating. We have.2022 Volvo XC90 and highly recommend Sams Club Tire Battery. We saved a lot of money not going to the dealership.

I made a call with one lady, reserved the tires and the appointment with Sam’s Auto shop. I arrived, and was told there was no appointment scheduled and there was no record of my conversation with the lady. Dee, I think he is the manager of the auto shop, was kind and amazing. We already had a flat getting to the shop and it was only a matter of time before the next three tires were done. Dee fit me into his already busy schedule and was able to help put four tires on my car! I can’t thank Dee enough for being kind, amazingly knowledgeable and really professional about everything!! Dee went above and beyond!!

HORRIBLE customer service! The inconsideration from staff and management is mind boggling. This is the third time now that I have waited over an hour for grocery pick up. (Last time was 3 hours.... Yes, 3 HOURS!!). I arrived here at 7:15 PM, there are about five other cars waiting with me, not once have we seen someone come out. I came in and had to demand to speak with a manager, and it is now 8:20 PM. Now I'm told that they are closed and will not be bringing out any more orders. They literally just allowed all of us to sit out there with zero communication. Outrageous! They are horribly understaffed, and I understand how that is. My issue was not with them having longer times due to understaffing. My issue is that they still allow customers to arrive and wait for pick up and there is absolutely zero communication with them. First of all, Give your customers an accurate pick up time. If it's going to be five hours from now, didn't say that! Don't allow them to arrive at the store and then sit in their car for hours waiting on you. That is so rude and inconsiderate. The kids working here are absolutely clueless, and frankly rude as hell. This is my last time here. Unfortunately, I'm canceling my membership and will not be back.

The free shipping for Plus members and the ability to place an order online for pickup has been great. My experiences inside the store, however, have left a lot to be desired. These employees OFTEN take the absolute bare minimum required when asked any sort of a question. Customer service and actually even pretending to care is a lost art here Was put over the top when I inquired about purchasing tires, much to the annoyance of the gentlemen working in the tire area. When he laughingly told me "it asking gonna happen today" belittling my existence for even making a request...I was done.

I prefer this Sam's Club when shopping. The location is convenient, but the parking can be a bit messy, as this is a busy location. The staff all wear masks and hand sanitizer stations are located at the entrance and various places throughout. The carts are all sprayed with what I assume is disinfectant when they are brought into the store entrance. Overall this location is your typical Sam's Club experience. The items I am always looking for are in stock and easy to get to. The store feels appropriately spaced out along the outside aisles, cold food items, and bakery. I'm not cramped trying to navigate those aisles with other customers. The only issue with cramped-ness is the center clothing section. There is only room for one cart to pass through and if another customer is stopped looking at things, it makes it difficult to pass by them. Other than that, my favorite areas are the outside aisles. I always stop by the bakery and it is always fully stocked causing me to always be tempted to purchase those items. The self check outs can get pretty packed. I avoid those areas and use Sam's Club check out via the app and breeze right past the check out lanes. I rarely encounter any staff and this is usually fine for me as I know exactly what I'm looking for and where it's located. I do recommend this location to those in the area!

Typical Sams Club. No issues other than it doesn't carry bulk food items (cases) for restaurants such as fries, onion rings and other things that other stores carry. If someone from the company actually reads this... Sams club used to be for business, but it seems it keeps leaning more and more towards the general public. Would recommend trying to cater more to your business members.

This Sam's Club location is seriously the worst. No matter how busy they are, there are almost never more than 2 cashiers max checking out customers. They will instead send an army of employees to the front line to try to convince those waiting in line to use self-checkout or their Scan and Go app (hello, I'm not your employee). Just today, Labor Day (with Costco closed and the store packed), there were still only 2 cashiers. All the self-checkouts has line and the 2 lines that were staffed by cashiers were each backed up half the depth of the warehouse for hours while everyone's ice cream was melting in their carts.
