Purchasing tires online is very easy and scheduling can be accommodating. Service experiences vary. Some customers report very professional and efficient team service, with jobs completed quickly. Staff can be kind, amazingly knowledgeable, and professional, sometimes going above and beyond to help, even fitting customers into a busy schedule. However, there can be significant wait times of several hours or longer for tire repairs. Some customers have experienced issues with appointment records not being scheduled as promised. Despite occasional delays, many customers are very happy with the service and highly recommend the business.
The tires are good. But to get a flat or low tire repaired. There's a 2 or 3 hour - or longer wait, to be severed. (I just think that when you've already spent money on a set of 4 tires.)You should get some type of priority.
