The Spectrum Agent, Chyna, assisting me was outstanding. It was obvious that she was experienced and knowledgeable about the company's products, practices and procedures. Also she was very friendly helping with things I didn't understand.

I just returned from the Springdale store, where I was helped by Store Specialist LeShondra C. I am a senior and she was so helpful, patient and attentive. I was so impressed with her service.

Easy check in process. Wish they had more staff so the wait times weren't hours. I know you can make an appointment online but why can't we just check in online?
