“My mom and I went here to switch phone providers, we worked with Corvette, the service was quick and helpful. after working with previous service reps else where I can say that corvette really knows how to do her job extremely well. She was helpful, friendly and knew all the steps. We got in and out very quickly and I’m happy we made the change to Spectrum after working with her.”

“I have a great experience with Cory at Tri County Verizon store. After being sent to a YOU break it WE fix it by another guy at Verizon who said he didn't fix. Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member. Thanks Cory spent very long fixing me up and getting phone deal and getting my new phone. This guy needs to train your store people. His calm pleasant way is worthy of your using him to improve your image. Cleo”

“I recently purchased a new pixel 10a phone and needed a case and screen protector. I called Amber B. and she said she had one at her store. I drove to the store and was greeted by Amber and she had my case, protector and charger brick waiting for me. Her associate, Taylor Havlin took over from there. Taylor got my merchandise and installed the screen protector and case. I also got a 25% discount! This shows how important physical stores are. I was able to get what I needed that day and have it installed by a professional all because there was a physical store that I could go to, not on line. Both Amber B and Taylor Havlin were professional and really knew their business. T-Mobile is lucky to have them as employees and I am lucky that there is a physical store for me to go to.”

“Way better experience with the lady at this store. Sanah, is BOMB! She got me together after visiting the store in FP (Waycross Rd). Adam was impatient, rude and gawky! He may know the products well, but it's not worth my peace. Sanah was very patient, thorough, and helpful. She handled the customer service like a pro and I never once felt like she was talking over me, unheard, dismissed, misunderstood, or harassed. Give this lady a raise!”

“Hannah at this store treated us with a truly positive mindset and a cheerful attitude. As our family of three switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, she worked hard to resolve several tricky technical issues and actively looked for additional solutions or promotions that could benefit us. I was particularly impressed by her proactive and attentive approach; rather than waiting for us to ask questions, she took the initiative to guide us and carefully explained each step of the process. I hope the store treats this employee in a manner that reflects her excellent service.”

“After the initial online setup I went into the store and I'll tell you I've been with a few carriers and the people at this particular location (Kenwood Ohio) where the most helpful and polite. And although they were stressed because of the closure due to the weather, they really went above and beyond! I really really really really really really recommend this location and the people there . By the way I'm an old guy and most of the customers there were old so it was funny to see everybody being taken care of.in a helpful manner.”

“I have to say I was dreading this visit as my phone was almost ten years old. But, it so easy. It was a fantastic experience. From the time when we walked in the door when Mr. Damian greeted us and started taking care of us, and Mr. Steve, the store manager working and putting together the packages that best suited us. For those that are a little bit older like myself and hesitate for the electronics upgrades, cause of all the aggravation, I would recommend this store highly, very professional, very courteous, fantastic experience.”

Keep up the good work”

“I got a virus on my phone so I took it to the Colerain Verizon for help. I was greeted immediately by Sirr, who, when I told him the situation, calmly told me he could easily fix it for me. That helped me calm down. In no time at all, Sirr did indeed remove the virus and return my phone to normal. What a relief! This Verizon store is fast and has excellent service!”

“I initially came to the store to make changes to my plan and get a new phone-I left confused and without a new phone. At that point due to the person I was working with I never wanted to return (I have been a Verizon customer for many years). I Decided a week later to give it one more chance and was met by Darian. He went above and beyond. Darian reviewed everything with me, was very personable and helped me set up my new phone. Thank you Darian for the amazing customer service!!”

“The wait time was pretty long and the customer service was horrible, I had to come switch my equipment and he didn't even scan the new equipment in or take off the old equipment so I had to call customer service and pretty much do it all myself.”
