The Spectrum Agent, Chyna, assisting me was outstanding. It was obvious that she was experienced and knowledgeable about the company's products, practices and procedures. Also she was very friendly helping with things I didn't understand.

Worse customer service in the planet.I went here for multiple times with multiple issues never resolved single issues.Can’t even activate a sim. This junks are there to just show their faces. Never going back again.

I’ve got to say I wasn’t excited about having to go to a Spectrum store to get the SIM replaced in my phone, but my attitude was all wrong. There was no line, there were plenty of desk personnel, and Derek fixed my issue in just a couple of minutes. Well done!
