I needed a new phone because my old one had broke but it didn't have insurance and still they helped me by giving me a phone and a first month free of service. I gotta say thats pretty nice when they didn't even have to. I appreciate and love this metro store 💖💯 #5stars

On a Sat. an ssociate got me in and out in 10 minutes with my phone fixed and all questions re: a potential upgrade answered. Associate was pleasant, patient, and proficient. Great improvement over my AT&T and Spectrum experiences where you are disregarded if there is no immediate profit to be made.
