I came to T-Mobile in a state of desperation having been a forever customer of Charter/Spectrum, being that for forever we had no actual choice (unless you consider AT&T a feasible option [nope!]). I had long ago forgotten that an Internet provider company could be COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY AMAZING! T-Mobile has exceeded every promise made!! It's been a long time since I've actually LOVED A CORPORATION!!”

He was patience, calm and very much respectful and kind. His team is just as great with patience and kindness. I've been with cricket for about 20 years and I'm still impressed with the customer service. We truly appreciate all your help Sam and team!”

I just had another great experience with Matthew at the Springfield Verizon store. He was able to assist my daughter who moved to England get a code that she was unable to access. He also identified an old (apparently very old!) amplifier that I found when she moved. He kindly disposed of it! The staff in the store is always great. Thank you! I had to go back and Alex was able to get the information I didn’t know I needed when Matthew helped me. These guys are so patient and kind.”
