They said they would be right with me so I took the time to make a quick phone call. Rude of me because I did not even know Justin was standing there politely waiting for me to finish. Justin is great to work with, make sure to ask for him. He is very polite and patient and knowledgeable. Gave me a thorough breakdown of costs and plan details and equipment coverage. Wrote it all down for me to take with me in case I forget. Helped me smoothly transition over from my old phone and even waited to make sure everything was working as it should on the new phone. He walked me out and gave me last bits of info to contact him if I need anything. Great customer service and professionalism. He was wonderful to work with so I shook his hand.
