“We absolutely love the Springfield Petsmart!! Brittany has been the most amazing teacher to my Australian Labradoodle, Cali Ann (and to myself as a first time dog owner)! We have taken multiple classes and my puppy is tremendously better behaved than compared to when we first started classes. She always spends time making sure we know how to do our “homework” after each class. Brittany also spent time helping us pick out the right treats and helping fit Cali with the proper harness. We also go here for grooming and Christina is the absolute best groomer!! She has gotten Cali’s cut down perfectly. We have been going to her since she was just a few months old. She does exactly what I ask for and has also helped with her training. Every store associate I have spoke with has been a huge help and very nice too! They really spend time helping and getting to know my dog. Cali gets so excited every time we go!”
“My first visit at this location(I've been a customer since the early 90s). My brand of dog food is currently under recall, unfortunately. I had the wonderful experience of meeting Jordan, who assisted me in finding a comparable product. He was fantastic, kind, and very helpful. The lady at the register was also a pleasure and we enjoyed a little giggle together too. I didn't catch her name, I do apologize.I would most definitely recommend this location. “I use the self wash station. They provide shampop and conditioner. The water is warm. The equipment is easy to use however if any issues the staff is available to assist you. To top it off they provide a treat bag for your pet! Highly recommend!”
