“We absolutely love the Springfield Petsmart!! Brittany has been the most amazing teacher to my Australian Labradoodle, Cali Ann (and to myself as a first time dog owner)! We have taken multiple classes and my puppy is tremendously better behaved than compared to when we first started classes. She always spends time making sure we know how to do our “homework” after each class. Brittany also spent time helping us pick out the right treats and helping fit Cali with the proper harness. We also go here for grooming and Christina is the absolute best groomer!! She has gotten Cali’s cut down perfectly. We have been going to her since she was just a few months old. She does exactly what I ask for and has also helped with her training. Every store associate I have spoke with has been a huge help and very nice too! They really spend time helping and getting to know my dog. Cali gets so excited every time we go!”
“They give veterans discount, unlike Rural King. I've found things much cheaper here than at RK, Home Depot or Lowes prob 50% of the time (40% of the time it's the same price), such as a towed seed broadcaster, towed turf aerator and a hard to find brush cutter model. It's an easy drive from Springfield, just a couple minutes on 72, making the savings well worth it. This location has a lot more in stock than you'd think based on its small (imo) appearance. The staff are always ready to help. If you need something assembled there, do a check on it before you take it home.”

“I use the self wash station. They provide shampop and conditioner. The water is warm. The equipment is easy to use however if any issues the staff is available to assist you. To top it off they provide a treat bag for your pet! Highly recommend!”
