“I've had JCC Internet only service with the 1gb option for the past couple years and I have to say that during all these months, their system only went down twice, the longest taking about 4 hours to repair. I questioned the initial download and upload speeds after installation and the service guy came down and resolved the issue the next morning. I have been hounded by another broadband provider to switch but based upon their reliability so far, I couldn't be happier and will stay as customer!”
“I purchased the phone in November off of Kim and she told me of a promotion for a free line which I took. This would equate out to a savings of $83 a month for me. When I received my next bill the balance had doubled. I went into the store and spoke to Kim who referred me to Kristen the store manager to resolve the situation. After speaking to Kristen and her reaching out to Verizon support we thought the situation was resolved. Needless to say it was not. After two more billing cycles and two more phone calls from this store, it has now been finally resolved. I want to thank Kim, the salesperson who sold me the phone and made me aware of the promotional event as well as Kristen, the store manager, Cody and Morgan, for assisting me and getting this situation resolved. I got a new phone in November. I added a new line and my bill is a little lower than what it was prior to my November purchase. Thank you again, Kristen, Kim, Cody, and Morgan. I would recommend this store and staff to anyone. Staff to anyone I give them a 20 out of a possible 10. Great jon”
