“I love this store, specially when it's back to school time. I shopped here the first time a few years ago for my son. Normally in my experience as a mother, when it comes to my kid he's picky about his clothes. Not for fashion purposes but for comfortability purposes. So it was a hit and a miss on what I bought for him. This of course bothers me because if he's not going to wear it then I'm not wasting the money.
That all changed when I shopped at T.J. Maxx. Their original prices are way out of my taste, however they have amazingly awesome deals on most all of their clothes. Not only are they the best deals, I am able to get bundled outfits for the price of one. Also there's a good amount of options, so it doesn't take me very long to shop. The clothes is high quality and super comfortable.
Best part is, my son loved everything I bought him and even said (more than a few times) how much he likes his new clothes! Thank you T.J. Maxx for making my life sweeter!”

“I went into Kohl’s shopping with a friend who has a few disabilities. Emma at the Stow Kohls took time to help me place an order on my Kohls with my friends card because she didn’t have an online account set up and didn’t want to take the time to do it. Emma was so patient with her. I so appreciate her and her willingness to make sure the order went through.”

Options include more really healthy options.
The self checkouts really make lines less crowded and for most of us thats important. The prices are properly displayed and match the actual purchase price.

“Had to wait 2 hours for 1 item I ordered for pickup, there has got to be a way you can expedite 1 item orders. It takes all of 5 minutes to shop. Still a good target”
“Great customer service in the returns department. My favorite young lady, Emily, is the best ever; with outstanding skills on the register and a wonderful personality, makes her a valuable asset to Kohls. A new employee, Sara, has great customer service skills also.”
“Store is always in good condition and easy to find items (looking at the app will tell you the aisle), and I manage to get through checkout fairly quick. But their curbside needs work. I get the alerts to come and get my stuff (text, email and call) 2 days in a row, I go up to pick up and it's not ready. They can't find my Xmas tree order!! I tried calling and no one answers. Day 4, I finally get an answer (after trying to cancel the order) and they found it!! Also, When i picked up groceries and informed her I forgot my coupons, should I go get and come back or can I redeem later with my receipt, I was given the wrong info. I came back with receipt and coupons and customer service said no....I can only redeem at time of pickup. $13 in coupons unused.”
