Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”

“I typically don't leave reviews but this last expirience was one I thought I'd share. We ordered a couch from here and we're to get next day delivery. On the day of delivery we were informed they only had two right sides of the couch ( instead of a left and a right). Unfortunate given the man working said he double checked for us. We get a refund instead of waiting for next delivery and order a new couch. We went with next day delivery again through their 3rd party delivery service ( paying more). This whole process was a mess and long story short would not be delivered as for many other customers.Through this whole process of getting frusturated and bad news again and again, the manager Sam, had worked with us and tried her best to give us the best solution possible. We appreciated the help during this frusturating time for both parties.”

“I like to think of Ross as a thrift store where everything is new and better branded. For instance.. I picked up these Madden boots for the low. I also ended up buying a bunch of nonsense that I don't need. Win.”

“Love the store manager here! She is always so friendly no matter how chaotic it is. Employees are always friendly and store is much more organized since this manager started working here.”

“I have always been a big fan of Burlington, and this one is pretty good. They generally have a huge selection of new clothing and shoes at prices well below what they would go for at a major retailer. However, it does depend on what day of the week and what time you show up. Of all the stores, this one and the one in Macedonia are the best for selection, styles, and sizes, and both have clearance sections that are definitely worth checking out. I usually find two or more things that I really like on a given day, but the most important thing is to know what you're looking at in terms of brands. That being said, when I've found something really awesome, I've almost never felt like I was paying more than I should. Burlington is my go-to for things like socks, underwear, and t-shirts, and I check them regularly for deals on sneakers and certain types of streetwear; if you see something you like listed as "new" on a reseller website, you should definitely check Burlington first because the chances are very good that you will find it there for way less. I cannot speak to the helpfulness of the staff, except that they are generally personable when I'm checking out. Overall, this is a great place to browse through, and has a lot of good stuff, but if you see something you like you may not see it again after a day or two, depending on what it is.”
