“Associate Member Patty is wonderful!! She immediately understood resolved my request to purchase a window blind for my senior mother’s bedroom. I was briefly here and without transportation, so she arranged for delivery. The delivery arrived within 2 hours! I highly commend Patty and the delivery staff for their excellent efficient services. HOWEVER, the answering system is TERRIBLE!! It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone for help, which encourages customers to just order online. That would be a shame, because the employees at this Lowe’s are excellent, and I hope they are rewarded with excellent salaries and benefits. They deserve it!!”

“Reading all of these negative posts it seems to me nobody understands their business model. They don't build any Hardline tools anymore. They're in the business of selling credit and toolboxes. That's it. That's where the money is. As you know every driver is a franchisee so they have money invested in their trucks and inventory. Unfortunately sometimes the route you're on which they control can have a horrible distributor. We had a great Matco guy but Matco wanted him to get back in debt and buy a new truck and pretty much forced him out. Like the rest of you guys I have broken stuff not to mention a Maximus 5.0 scanner that I paid over $7,000 for in need of a new subscription software to the tune of $1,600... And no new distributor has been assigned to our route. Fortunately I was able to get in touch with another Matco dealer that services cities out of my region and he has been phenomenal taking care of my needs! I didn't cry or complain or bad mouth I just put a game plan together and figured it out. Now if I need anything he ships it directly to the shop. I have a running account on his truck now and he processes my payment every week as if he was coming to our shop. I've never met the guy just talked to him through text messages and he trusted me enough to email me the update for my scanner before I even paid for it! So there are good people out there just remember treat people the same way you would like to be treated and you'll be fine. You don't need to torpedo a business's Google reviews over broken ratchets or paint coming off your toolbox from obvious chemical exposure... Grow up people”

The updated program aims to make life easier for professionals while offering more benefits from their first purchase.
