Even when she was cleaning the floors, had time to stop and answer questions to not only to us, but other customers around her. “We are not frequent shoppers at that particular location, but my husband recently worked a project nearby and this location was very convenient.
We had rebate cards (our 11% rebates) saved up and at his last trip he handed the cashier two of our cards. The cashier scanned the smaller amount, but not the larger amount, but kept the card. My husband was in a hurry (like contractors are when they have to leave the job to get something real quick) and I noticed it in the evening when I added the receipt into the books. At first we thought, ok, that money is lost, maybe the cashier even put that in his own pocket, but then I saw the option to email the front desk, so I did and explained the situation, emailed a copy of the receipt and all the info I had from the Menards website where you can precisely doublecheck your rebates. I did not have much hope, but to my surprise I got a phone call and an email that same evening, and the front desk manager told me she had found the card, it was never scanned and she would mail it back to me.
I appreciate the honesty, this is how companies make customers happy. Thank you again Michelle Sp.”
“They have some things that other stores don't but their local for me so it's nice not to run all over the place. They always have plenty of carts neatly lined up for lumber and whatnot. My only complaint would be the same as the rest of the home depots
Too much stuff in the aisleways to get through sometimes and things that people aren't supposed to move because their company equipment are always in the way and things like displays that take up most of our way .Make it difficult to maneuver sometimes. But that's a common complaint most likely. But the staff always seems to be helpful and friendly and if you have a question and they don't know they always try to get the answer.”
“After having a negative experience with the Lowe’s app (they cancelled my order 2 times with no explanation) I came to this store to try and get my flooring ordered in person. The employees here were able to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently. Specifically Joan in flooring was so helpful and understanding. The 2 gentlemen who helped load the flooring onto my trailer were also great. Having entered the store on a negative note due to my poor experience in the app, I absolutely left feeling well taken care of.”
“I needed a new grill and went to Lowe's in Streetsboro, Ohio. Tyler was fantastic to work with. I ended up with a new Charbroil and Tyler removed the side shelf and helped me load it into my SUV. Tyler was very knowledgeable and polite which you don't see alot of these days. I highly recommend Lowe's and ask for Tyler.”
