“I have always had good experiences here. Never had a rude employee or an issue with them standing behind something that malfunctioned. Bought 2 things from them that had issues and contacted the manufacturer told them how I got it and the manufacturer said thanks for buying our product we will send you the part you need for FREE....bought a Milwaukee set for 75% and it's worked perfectly for over a year now of regular use. Give these folks a chance if you are a thrift shopper and like local businesses!”
“Lots of verity, but there is alot in a small space so it can be hard to maneuver through the store because the aisles are not very wide and there's things hanging off-the-shelf. So sometimes you get hung up throughout the store. And you have to turn around because there aint enough room for you and your cart to go through. Cashiers are very friendly, good. So watching on a lot of things, some things you're better off going somewhere else to get for their the price that you pay there. But for the most part, everything's always really good, never had no issues with the store.”

“If there was an AA for DG I would be first in line! I love Dollar general and in there several days a week. They have a great app with a lot of smart coupons that is very easy to use and this store specifically is always very well stocked, built in a very convenient area with lots of parking and an easy way to get in and out. I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees here who always seem to be smiling and laughing and genuinely liking their job. That is hard to find in customer service nowadays. Update-2022-Still get a friendly smile and a "Hello" or some sort of friendly greeting when entering the store. Very clean and organized. Always in and out if in a hurry or offered help if just looking around. Still my favorite store for everything!”
“It's like any other DG just in a bad part of town and it looks damn near abandoned on the outside but has all the stuff every other DG has. They could clean the trash out of the parking lot and it wldnt look do ran down.”
“Place is clean and staff are very helpful. But it all most gives you the feeling that everyone is a thief everything is over stamped or has two theft stickers on it. I payed and went to leave the buzzer went off because one of the two stickers on my deodorant wasn't deactivated made me feel a little out of place.”

“Got a great deal on furniture over the black Friday weekend. Unfortunately, one of their major furniture suppliers has gone out of business. Im not sure what the future holds for them. They always have a pretty decent variety of products to choose from, and the staff has always been friendly at this location.”
“I just moved to New Philadelphia about a month ago and I was in the store and I think it was a manager but I kept asking where plastic was where duct tape was where windshield wiper fluid was and she never once acted like I was annoying her or bugging her she even help me find stuff I was very polite”
