“Make an appointment online fast and easy to fill out insurance. Pick your location and time. Easy to cancel just keep your appointment email. Reschedule when you cancel. They will even put it on your calendar if you want! They text a check in for when you arrive. All set, take a seat, wait 5 minutes and in and out! Easy peezy! I went to Cuyahoga location on Howe both times and had same technician who is excellent!! Sorry I should have remembered her name.”

“Just wanted to share that we (too) have had multiple positive experiences with this location, but will advise that making the formal and advanced appointment greatly helps, as being by Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Twinsburg + down the street, guessing this is a well-used and popular place. My wife and I have been helped by Ms.Theresa Fisher, on multiple occasions, for our bloodwork appointments. Location has simple and ample parking and always a breeze using the check-in kiosk - just make sure you have your ID. We feel equally comfortable to say that Theresa was…and has continued to be…ncredibly professional, kind and clearly a loyal + hard worker. Not my favorite activity…as it is not for most (of course), but fantastic technique and always gets us to our desired finish line. Knock on wood, but our bloodwork results also tend to be in our email Inbox very promptly as well. Appreciate your location and team here!”

I feel so fortunate to have her in my corner during arduous rehabilitation for my shoulder and arm following a catastrophic accident requiring trauma surgery. Samantha is highly skilled and experienced. She was highly recommended to me by several therapists for her deep well of knowledge and her tenacity with shoulder issues post surgery. When I first came to her I had zero mobility in my dominant hand, arm and shoulder and endured constant pain and swelling. I was unable to perform the most mundane of daily tasks like dressing myself, eating, brushing my hair and teeth. With her help I’m starting to improve. I still have a long road ahead toward recovery but with Samantha’s encouragement, kindheartedness, and expert guidance I hope to regain strength and mobility. I highly recommend Samantha Weber to anyone looking for a sports medicine rehabilitation specialist and physical therapist.”

“We came to this facility for a second opinion ENT for my husband. He's currently dealing with ear issues and we FINALLY got some clear answers!! After already having a few surgeries, he's going in for more. The doctor, nurse and entire staff were amazing!! They took the time to explain everything and even let me look in the giant telescope that was in his ear. She then explained why all of the stuff was broken and needs to be rebuild both ears AND drums. Parking was a piece of cake, the facility was super clean. We can't wait to get all of this resolved. 3 or 4 more surgeries and it should all be done. Thanks UH!”
