“clean professional sympathetic ladies Throughknoe what they are doing.I was so worried about my hair, not because I had done anything bc I'm clean (test proved it) but I am a hairdresser and didn't want my hair messed with. Plus I'm always worried about disease germs infections stuff like that the lab is so clean all the equipment is sanitized properly and you don't have to worry anything about as far as that goes.The girls at the lab had so much sympathy and empathy for us having to give so much hair urine blood and nails. All the girls at arc arc point labs Labs were amazing. Pat is great with the hair she takes LITTLE SLIVERS from places to make it as if no one ever touched your hair. All that worrying for nothing you guys are amazing and thank you for being so caring ....Definitely go to arcpoint labs if you need a drug test or 8 of them !!!The price is the lowest in STARK f&u SUMMIT CO. IF you have to pay for it your self.Thanks again ladies for making Bisquick and doing an efficient job.”

“I took my daughter in today to get her blood drawn, she's 11. She was so scared, 2 thumbs up to Mini the Phlebotomist that drew her blood. She was so patient and kind...And got the draw on the first time. My daughter has deep veins, so it definitely made me feel comfortable that she actually felt for the veins instead of trying to go by sight. I am a Phlebotomist and surgical Tech, so I know how it should be done....She did an AWESOME job!!!...THANKS FOR MAKING MY PRINCESS FEEL SAFE❤️”

I feel so fortunate to have her in my corner during arduous rehabilitation for my shoulder and arm following a catastrophic accident requiring trauma surgery. Samantha is highly skilled and experienced. She was highly recommended to me by several therapists for her deep well of knowledge and her tenacity with shoulder issues post surgery. When I first came to her I had zero mobility in my dominant hand, arm and shoulder and endured constant pain and swelling. I was unable to perform the most mundane of daily tasks like dressing myself, eating, brushing my hair and teeth. With her help I’m starting to improve. I still have a long road ahead toward recovery but with Samantha’s encouragement, kindheartedness, and expert guidance I hope to regain strength and mobility. She did an absolutely stellar job and was so personable and lovely to talk to, and made the blood draw as painless as it can be. She was also very considerate knowing I get pale and dizzy and asked to see me stand before letting me go. I strongly recommend this location.”

“We came to this facility for a second opinion ENT for my husband. He's currently dealing with ear issues and we FINALLY got some clear answers!! After already having a few surgeries, he's going in for more. The doctor, nurse and entire staff were amazing!! They took the time to explain everything and even let me look in the giant telescope that was in his ear. She then explained why all of the stuff was broken and needs to be rebuild both ears AND drums. Parking was a piece of cake, the facility was super clean. We can't wait to get all of this resolved. 3 or 4 more surgeries and it should all be done. Thanks UH!”
