“I have purchased many beanbag chairs in the past my daughter and my son both have extremely large beanbag chairs. We have a 4 foot a 6 foot and an 8 foot purchased from Amazon. I wish we would have purchased it from ultimate sack to begin with. I have purchased several covers because the ones that we had were always very poor quality. I recently purchased from ultimate sack and we could not be happier with our purchase. They are durable extremely soft. The zippers will definitely last and not break. The colors are bright and the field is amazing. My kids are happy and so am I.”

“I don’t leave reviews often. I’ve had balls drilled at the Kent location in the past (when I was a kid). They always do a great job. I just bought the Brunswick Melee Jab. I’ve been looking at a new ball for a few years and it caught my eye. As soon as the ball left my hand I knew I loved it. It felt great coming off my hand and I’m excited to use it in my league.”

“The Columbia factory store is amazing. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. The shelves and racks are all stocked well, organized, neat, and not overstocked where stuff is falling off racks or it's hard to put items back without squeezing everything together. Some factory stores in the same facility are messy and disorganized... Columbia is well maintained, and stands out from the rest of the outlets at Aurora farms. And the pricing is great... it's even better if you don't mind planning ahead (or behind) and buying slightly off season... Will return, for sure.”

“Excellent customer service!!!At Famous Footwear in Aurora I purchased $80 Asics running shoes for my daughter on August 3, 2022 for her to wear for cross country practices & meets. She doesn’t wear them to school or for play, just cross country.She came home today with these holes in the shoes. I called Asics, their policy is to fill out the online warranty form, wait 3-5 business days for a possible approval & then receive an online credit to purchase another pair to be delivered in another 3-5 business days.She has daily practice & 2 meets this week and it didn’t seem she could go that long in these shoes.I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager Chris. He explained that store policy doesn’t allow returns or exchanges of shoes that have been worn, but if I couldn’t get anywhere with Asics, to bring them into the store and he would see what he could do.I did call Asics back with the same results.I brought the shoes into the store and Chris couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful. He agreed that 5week old shoes shouldn’t be showing that kind of wear & tear and fully refunded my purchase, even applied a coupon for me to purchase another pair for her. As assistant manager he has the discretion to make exceptions to policy when warranted.Thank you to Chris for helping us out and to Famous Footwear for allowing their managers to make real time decisions to accommodate their customers.Thank you!”

“If I could give 6 stars I would. Run by amazing people and the best maintained gym I have been to. Even when its "busy", its still not busy. Avoid the riff-raff, and get a good workout in with no stress. Love this place.”
