“I truly don't care for banks - especially when most are attempting to eliminate the human factor and provide us with machines to do the work - however - this is not the case at this location. My interaction with Jenien was simply pleasant and truly a breathe of fresh air in this crazy/hectic world. She was polite and answered all my questions, assisted me with getting the items I needed accomplished in a timely manner and just presented a stellar customer service/can-do attitude. “I don't personally have an account with Huntington, but my father does, and I do his banking, so I don't go into the bank very often. One of the bankers dropped the ball with an issue, and Mariah came to the rescue and I've worked with her since then. She was very apologetic with my initial experience and did everything in her power to turn it into a positive experience, and she succeeded. I went in yesterday with another issue, and true to form, she was on top of it, was friendly, patient, and got the job done. If she says she will follow up, she does. I can't say enough positive things about her, she's a breath of fresh air and really cares about customer service, which is challenging to find these days. Thank you Mariah!!”
