“I truly don't care for banks - especially when most are attempting to eliminate the human factor and provide us with machines to do the work - however - this is not the case at this location. My interaction with Jenien was simply pleasant and truly a breathe of fresh air in this crazy/hectic world. She was polite and answered all my questions, assisted me with getting the items I needed accomplished in a timely manner and just presented a stellar customer service/can-do attitude. “While transacting business INSIDE with a teller I scraped the back of my hand on the plexigless shield, which peeled back 3.5 inches of skin. I STRONGLY recommend a colored marker be put across the bottom edge to make them more visible. The teller was kind, she bandaged me up and apologized. Older folks (especially if they take blood thinners) with thin skin are high risk in this circumstance. Please put VISIBLE markers on clear plexiglass shields, it's very important!”
