“Lately, ive been having issues with a couple of pay day loan apps. They seemed to work fine at first, then suddenly i was having unknown amounts money coming into and out of my account from places ive never heard of, ultimately leading up to losing several hundred dollars .
So, i set up an appointment to come speak with someone to see what i could do to correct this.
I dealt with an amazing person by the name of rachael. She was very understanding and went above and beyond to assure that my money would be safe in the future and gave me some good tips on protecting myself as well. What ever yall are paying her, its not enough.
It took me til almost the age of 50 to finally open a bank account and even though im still a little leary and not totally sure how this all works yet, she instilled quite a bit of confidence in me, knowing that yall have my back. I came in today completely stressed out and on the verge of a break down and left with a smile on my face. I can honestly say that im happy to have chase on my side.”
