“I went into this bank to request notary services and was willing to pay for the service. However, the staff informed me that they only provide it to customers who have an account with them. I had never heard of this policy before, so I had a lot of questions and wanted advice on what to do next. Even though they couldn’t help with the documents, they went out of their way to give me directions and help me find a solution. I was truly impressed with the level of service here.”

No one is always polite or always negative, and some people are easy to perturb.If someone is rude to you, give them Hell. If someone is polite with you, be polite with them. That's the way I run my life.”

One of the bankers dropped the ball with an issue, and Mariah came to the rescue and I've worked with her since then. She was very apologetic with my initial experience and did everything in her power to turn it into a positive experience, and she succeeded. I went in yesterday with another issue, and true to form, she was on top of it, was friendly, patient, and got the job done. If she says she will follow up, she does.
