“I went into this bank to request notary services and was willing to pay for the service. However, the staff informed me that they only provide it to customers who have an account with them. I had never heard of this policy before, so I had a lot of questions and wanted advice on what to do next. Even though they couldn’t help with the documents, they went out of their way to give me directions and help me find a solution. I was truly impressed with the level of service here.”

“I had a great experience with Adam at the Chase Strongsville branch.
I came in after a very frustrating situation where my previous account had been wrongfully closed and a fee had been imposed that I felt was unfair. Adam listened patiently, understood my concern, and genuinely empathized with what I was going through.
He helped me open a new account and also tried his best to get the fee waived. Even though I eventually paid the fee, which was against my principle, I truly appreciated that Adam made the effort and did not dismiss my concern.
What stood out most was the time and ownership he took. He spent a couple of hours on calls, speaking with different departments and trying to sort out the issue instead of simply passing me along. That level of effort and patience made a difficult experience much easier to handle.
Adam was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. Great customer service and a very good experience at this branch.
Chase may be a large bank but at the end of the day it’s the people that truly make a difference.”

“I don't personally have an account with Huntington, but my father does, and I do his banking, so I don't go into the bank very often. One of the bankers dropped the ball with an issue, and Mariah came to the rescue and I've worked with her since then. She was very apologetic with my initial experience and did everything in her power to turn it into a positive experience, and she succeeded. I went in yesterday with another issue, and true to form, she was on top of it, was friendly, patient, and got the job done. If she says she will follow up, she does. I can't say enough positive things about her, she's a breath of fresh air and really cares about customer service, which is challenging to find these days. Thank you Mariah!!”
