“Have stopped into this Lucky Mart location in South Park Mall in Strongsville many times in the past and have not really had any issues. The staff is decent, and the store has been run very well. They are always well stocked unless they are out of something here- which is a rare occasion. I remember when this store used to be an old EB Games and you can tell that it used to be. However- I like it as the Lucky Mart better because you can also buy Powerball or Mega Millions tickets safely and the staff is honest and will tell you if the system is down. I am definitely a regular customer here and will continue to stop in, because it is well worth your time. Plus the ability to get a 20 oz Coke or other beverages outside of the food court is always a plus as well.”
“One of the nicest Walgreens I EVER been too. Including Chicago ,las vegas, California. I pleasantly surprised. I spent alot of money on things o had never seen. And it was organized but mostly very well stocked. I'd normally have to go to several places to get what I got !”
“Nice little gas station on a busy corner. Kerosene ,gasoline, diesel and air- chips , candy, smokies, beer, soda, all kinds of extras. The cashier was nice and the bathrooms and store was clean.”
“I have 9 meds because insurance bases when each is eligible and cvs messes up Almost EVERY Time I need a refill all meds come available on different days they message me scripts are ready I go there they don't have any I have to return 3-4 times each script. They tell me don't have refills with bottle from them in hand saying 2 refills then they say it needs Dr. Special Authorization after 3 days in a row and it's Friday after 5pm and can't resolve till Monday so almost every day of month to get my 9 prescription refilled. ...... That is Garbage”

“This is the one inside Target on Royalton Rd. We love every person that works here. They are always so helpful! Even during the hell of the pandemic and the aftermath of short staffing, they were always positive and pleasant and helpful, even when they were clearly exhausted and dead on their feet. I'm so glad they have found a tech to work with them and help ease the load now.”

“Clean establishment, they have 88 at the lowest price around, easy to get in and out, friendly staff. Large selection of items, bathrooms, carwash, plenty of other establishment around so that you can shop after getting gas and not waste your gas ⛽”

“Great staff, helpful and friendly. The only issue I've had twice is not being able to do a cash deposit at night for PayPal or Chime. Also, prices are crazy high - even higher than prices at Giant Eagle which owns/operates GetGo locations. But that's the premium you have to pay if you choose to pick up a couple grocery staples there. Cheers!”

“The biggest problem at this location is the car wash. The part that is intended to wash the hood, roof, and trunk is set too high and most of the time doesn't even touch these parts of the car, even leaving fingerprints in addition to mud and splatter.
I have informed management previously that this was an issue, and the cause, they did refund that specific wash, however I have gotten multiple where I didn't notice the missed dirt until I got home, I assume others have the same problem. I would think at $15 per wash that actually delivering a wash would be important, but they have not fixed the machine in months.”
