I have visited this location several times. Each time I happened to meet with the same representative. Vinnie has been incredibly helpful even when my specific scenario created some barriers for them. They were extremely patient and committed to resolving the issues that I was having in a timely manner.

Set up tv and internet service today (4/28/2024) thru Tyler and he was superb. He explained all options clearly and demonstrated how to use the new equipment in store.
