“RadAir did some fairly major work on my 2019 Hyundai SUV, getting me in on very short notice and doing a fine job. It was the kind of repair where a shop I didn't trust could have run up unwarranted charges, but they did a good job and did it very fairly and quickly. They are my go-to local shop in Strongsville.”
“Woke with a flat tire on my car parked in my garage. After calling around the area and told at one place I’d have to wait three days to get an appointment, I called Mr. Tire in Strongsville. They were able to get me in immediately and after an hour, my tire was repaired and I was on my way. Dan was in extremely helpful and friendly and true to his word, it took less than an hour, even though he had other cars being worked on. “With the negative temperatures my car had to be jumped this morning. I had wanted to make sure my battery was up still good. I had stopped at two auto parts stores that both were unable to test my battery and also acted like I was inconveniencing them. So I called Goodyear which was right by my work. Katie answered the phone and she was a delight. Told me to stop on up and they will be able to check that for me no problem! Although she was just the lady who answers the calls she stepped out in the bitter cold to make sure everything was good while Cody checked my battery. I wanted to praise them both for awesome customer service. Both Katie and Cody were professional and kind. Thank you again!”

“Delivered Pirelli tires. Arrived at 715 pm for a 5 am appointment. Spent the night in the parking lot. Recieving came out at 450 am and gave me a door. Backed in and they showed me the restroom and the canteen and offered coffee and oatmeal. Chatted with the receiver and he answered all questions I had. Great people and quick. Half hour to unload me. Very clean facility.”
