“Stopped in for servicing at GOODYEAR and I definitely will say the experience that had been created with a gentleman by the name of Rus ( hopefully I spelled it right) IS most definitely one for the books. Great human experience and knowledgeable on the issues as well as remedying them. I’m glad I had this encounter with this shop though I believed it to be unexpected but expected. Rus has truly been a godsend on my journey and hopefully may have the chance again regardless of what of coming back to GOODYEAR and having this same top tier service and a few laughs.
