He is an animal lover, which tells me he's a good person at heart (animals KNOW if you mean well or ill) & very honest & straightforward, which as a customer I appreciate very much. After about five minutes it did start, but the battery saver light was on saying I had a very low battery.The Chevy dealer said they can get me in for service in about two weeks so I went to knuckle buster for the first time, No appointment and didn’t know what to expect. They said leave the car. They would call me when it’s done. There were a lot of other cars they were working on at the time. I got a phone call at about 4:15 and they said come and pick your car up, we are open until 5 o’clock. I couldn’t believe it; with no appointment! Very clean facility, fair price and very courteous staff. They’ve got my business in the future. I’ll be back.”
