Ordered the wrong part multiple times, causing multiple delays (requiring me to drive to the shop multiple times), and took a very long time to repair minor damage. Also my trunk panel clips are now broken (can hear them dangling in trunk when it opens) and one of the liftgate plugs is missing. Will not be coming back.”

“Well worth the wait! As usual, Columbus is always backed up with scheduling repairs. We waited 4 months to get my wrangler repaired, needed repainted, things replaced, etc. He went above and beyond and was very great at updating me during the whole process when things needed to be readjusted with time and products. I highly recommend him! While I hope to not have anymore issues in the future with my jeep, If I do, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful experience and timely fix on my jeep! Highly recommend!!”
