This review is specifically for Chris our onsite maintenance man. He is always respectful and has a great attitude. Always willing to help even if its at 5pm and he is on his way out he will stop and talk to ya if you need anything. Great guy

Drainage issue are a problem in the water accumulates on sidewalks and in the winter, the sidewalks become skating rinks.

Always been a good place to live, but they have raised the rent way too much.
